Refund policy

Customer service at Simply Joyful Boutique is a priority and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, you may receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery to initiate the return of your merchandise. All items MUST be returned in its original condition UNWORN with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If any returns do not meet the requirements, it will be denied and returned back to sender.
